2. Decoration of the ground
(1) General requirements
① Wear resistance;
② Corrosion resistance (acid, alkali, medicine);
③ Anti static electricity;
④ Anti slip;
⑤ Can be processed without seams;
⑥ Easy to clean and scan.
(2) Types
① Double layered flooring
The overall feature is that it is a typical floor of a vertical unidirectional flow cleanroom. The overall characteristics are: ground return air, good breathability, high cost, and poor elasticity.
② Terrazzo flooring
The overall characteristics are: smooth, not easily dusty, good integrity, washable, anti-static, and non elastic.
③ Paint floor
The overall characteristics are: having the advantages of terrazzo, wear resistance, good sealing, elasticity, and complex construction.
Material: It is made by adding pigments and hardeners to epoxy resin, polyester resin, and polyurethane resin. The cement grade of the cement mortar base is not less than 425 #.
④ Roll sheet flooring
The overall characteristics are: smooth, wear-resistant, slightly elastic, not easy to dust, easy to clean, simple to construct, prone to static electricity, easy to age under ultraviolet radiation, different from concrete expansion systems, used for large areas that are easy to shell.
⑤ Acid resistant magnetic plate floor
The overall characteristics are: corrosion resistance, but brittle and unable to withstand impact, complex construction, high cost, suitable for sections with corrosion resistance requirements, and should be surrounded by water barriers.
⑥ Fiberglass flooring
The overall characteristics are: corrosion resistance, good integrity, but the coefficient of expansion is different from that of the substrate, so it is suitable for small area use and fire-resistant varieties should be used.
3. Wall surface
(1) General requirements
① Not easily dirty, easy to clean;
② Surface smoothness;

⑤ The corners can be treated with curved materials or sealing materials.
(2) Types
① Advanced plastering. If plastering is applied to the walls of a clean room, it must be of advanced quality, characterized by: squaring of internal and external corners, setting of reinforcing bars, leveling in layers, surface finishing, and troweling.
② Latex paint. The characteristics are: smooth, no peeling, affordable, and cannot be cleaned.
③ Epoxy resin paint, synthetic resin paint. Smooth, no peeling, washable, corrosion-resistant, high construction requirements.
④ Anti mold coating. The overall characteristics are: smooth, no peeling, washable, and corrosion-resistant.
⑤ Ceramic board. The characteristics are: smooth, corrosion-resistant, easy to clean, with many joints, difficult to lay flat, and high construction requirements.
⑥ Metal sheet. The overall characteristics are: corrosion resistance, fire resistance, no static electricity, smooth, easy to wash, and high price.
Materials: Epoxy composite aluminum plate, rust proof aluminum plate, stainless steel plate, color steel plate. The substrate of color steel plate is galvanized steel plate, the coating lining is alkyd resin, and the coating cover is thermosetting acrylic resin, epoxy resin or polyester resin.
⑦ Prefabricated cleanroom wall panels.
The overall feature is that prefabricated clean rooms are a widely used form of clean room today, especially suitable for renovation occasions. The characteristics of its wall panels vary depending on the material. 4. Ceiling
(1) General requirements
The suspended ceiling framework is lightweight, has good rigidity, and is easy to construct.
The ceiling cover panel is less susceptible to human friction and more affected by vibrations such as wind pipes in the ceiling, so controlling vibration detachment is more important than material surface hardness.
(2) Types
The suspended ceiling framework includes:
Lightgage Steel Joist. The characteristics are light weight, minimal use of steel, and careful joint treatment. However, it is difficult to access and cannot be used as a temporary horse path or support for heavy objects, making maintenance difficult.
Steel keel. The characteristic is that it can adapt to the arrangement of air supply outlets and lamp holes, but it requires a large amount of steel.
Aluminum alloy keel. The characteristic is that it has the lightest weight, and the joint treatment needs to be careful, but it is difficult to get on and cannot be used as a temporary horse way or supporting heavy objects, making maintenance troublesome.
The cover panel includes:
Most materials used for walls can be used as ceiling cover panel materials, and colored plastic panels are also good cover panel materials.
5. Sealing joint material
(1) General requirements
① Good sealing performance and certain elasticity;
② Not easily aged;
③ Easy to solidify and solidify;
④ Use single component materials as much as possible;
⑤ Easy to construct;
⑥ Has a certain degree of adhesion;
⑦ Non toxic, odorless, color and appearance coordinated with decoration.
(2) Types
There are many types of silicone, the main ones being:
① Silicone rubber. The overall characteristics are: it has a wide range of temperature adaptation, good resistance to drugs and oils, but not resistant to NaOH, and sometimes mold may occur. The material is a semi inorganic polymer rubber like elastic material mainly composed of siloxane structure.
② Polyurethane class. General characteristics: high hardness, good elasticity, good low-temperature performance, oil and ozone resistance, poor water resistance.
Material: The product formed by the reaction of polyisocyanates with alcohols and ammonium compounds containing active hydrogen through the action of a curing agent.
③ Rubber type
Overall characteristics: good elasticity, drug resistance, water resistance, oil resistance, and durability.
Material: Synthetic rubber (such as nitrile rubber).
6. Special requirements
According to the "Code for Construction and Acceptance of Cleanrooms", when using wood and gypsum board, attention should be paid to:
(1) The moisture content of the wood used in the clean room should not exceed 16% and should not be exposed for use. Due to the high air exchange rate and low relative humidity in the clean room, if a large amount of wood is used, it is easy to dry, crack, deform, loosen, and generate dust. Even if it is used, it should be used locally, and anti-corrosion and moisture-proof treatment must be done well.
(2) When gypsum board is required for general cleanrooms, waterproof gypsum board must be used. However, for biological cleanrooms, due to frequent scrubbing with water and rinsing with disinfectant, even waterproof gypsum board will become damp and deformed, and is not resistant to rinsing. Therefore, it is stipulated that gypsum board should not be used as the cover material for biological cleanrooms.
